Once your order has been processed, please allow up to seven business days for arrival.

SHIPPING TIMES 

Our jewels are made to order for our customers. Please allow between one to five weeks for your piece to be sculpted by hand in our atelier. You will be notified when the item has been sent.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Orders under €1000 - €25 standard shipping worldwide

Orders over €1000- complimentary shipping worldwide

CUSTOMS AND TAXES 

Depending on the destination country, custom fees, taxes and import duties may be applied. All additional fees are the responsibility of the client. 

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS 

If your package has arrived damaged, please notify us upon reception with a description and photo of the item.  

RETURNS 

All sales are final with the exception of product damages.
