STERLING SILVER

 Recycled sterling silver is made by melting and reusing silver that has been used and lived in a different form in the past. It is melted down in the foundry and purified. Using this process avoids mining new metals from the earth and decreasing waste and pollution created during the extraction process. We exclusively use recycled sterling silver for all of our jewels in order to limit environmental damage, working with a local foundry in Paris that certifies the origins of all of our metals. Using materials that have exited in the past and can be transformed in the future promotes a circular production process which is of our highest importance. Silver is a natural living metal, in constant evolution. It may slightly evolve in color or tarnish if not worn for a long period of time. Silver can be polished by hand using the cloth provided with your purchase, restoring its original lustre. For the best care of your jewels, they should be stored in a dry place and worn frequently. 

VERMEIL

 Our vermeil jewelry begins by using recycled sterling silver which is then gold plated. It is a beautiful material which has the same appearance as solid gold. Yet, it is also a material that is in evolution and must be cared for. It is not recommended to swim or expose your vermeil jewelry to water. It should be stored in a dry place. Over years of use, vermeil can change in appearance and evolve in its tone. It is possible to re-plate your vermeil jewelry upon request.

PRECIOUS STONES 

For the Delos and Intra collections we have worked with primarily natural sapphires and topaz.

 Sapphires represent sincerity, truth and inner wisdom. They are the stones tranquility and balance. They are believed to calm the mind, promote fulfillment, inner peace, and prosperity. Sapphires are used as a tool for self-improvement, promoting focus and introspection, restoring balance within the body, allowing metal clarity and awareness of the spiritual realm. 

Topaz is associated with creativity, wisdom and enlightenment. It is known opening up the mind, giving way to new ideas. It is a powerful talisman that protects the wearer from harm and allows them to stay on their true path, promoting willpower and mental clarity.

The stone's surface may be cleaned gently with a soft cloth.
